One folded sheet with title + colophon page, the other sheets print a choice of ten poems from Les Fleurs due Mal, being: Chanson d'après-midi, L' Irremédiable, Tristesses de la lune À une Malabaraise, Tout entière, Lesbos, Les Promesses d'un visage, La Beauté, Femmes damnées (Comme un bétail pensif) and Sed non satiata. The ten folded sheets contain each an original colored silkscreen by Felix Labisse, numbered and signed in pencil. The leather clamshel box with some chafing towards the edges. Inside near mint.
- First edition. One of 100 copies on colored 'carta Fabriano', numbered in Arabic, of which 10 copies were made in a Deluxe edition + an extra set of 20 H.C. artists proof copies were made, numbered in Roman. |
